Very bad customer service

On 2nd July my wife and i go to Checkers Hyper Collonade Pretoria to buy their advertised specials. We buy Stork country spread, and Robertsons spice. When we pay we find the spice price incorrect. So we go to the customer service desk. Here we are asked if the spice we bought is a spice or a "all variant" as advertised. Then the service manager arrives and inform us that the advertised specials is not applicable to his store, as it is published by national Checkers, and he may charge different price. So we demand a refund and walked away.
