Very bad client service at Checkers Lifestyle centre Tzaneen

The client service at Checkers in Tzaneen is very bad lately. Tellers are unfriendly, managers are not bothered if you complain with them, staff standing around chatting. As a shopper I am aware of covid protocol in store and try to be patient and adhere. I also see it with other shoppers. But the staff is suddenly USELESS and uncooperative. My friends and colleagues experienced this exact situation: Standing in a queue for a hour, because there is no packer at the till point. On enquiring about the packer, I was told that she is in the toilet - FOR AN HOUR??? OR no more packers available, but there are about 5 staff members standing around. And apparently it is beneath a manager to help out when it is busy and the packer is "in the toilet". We are not allowed to enter the wine section from about 4:15 although it is clearly stated that you have to pay before 5pm. We are not used to this .
