Very bad attitude

Very long story but will try to cut it short.I was purchasing with my Rcs card at Checkers Liquor (not for the first time) but for the very first time I was asked for a ID Copy. I mean who travels with a copy, I told the lady to phone rcs for verification like they usually do but she lady refused.<br> <br> She has a very stinky attitude and shes not friendly at all, waited for a while and the other customers ended up leaving. All in all I ended up not being able to make a purchase after travelling 30ks for nothing. <br> <br> Ended up buying at Pick n Pay and I was helped without any hassles. I told the lady that I always buy there and I was never asked for a copy and the last time she was there when I made a purchase of 4000.she told me she doesnt recall and that Im not the only customer so she wouldnt remember all our faces.
