Very Bad and Abusive Service

We went into Checkers Hyper Newmarket due to an unresolved query. Approached a guy by the name of Andrew Miller sitting at a Manager's podium. The guy was very rude and told us to go look for the manager because he is not the manager. Appauled by his treatment we still managed to calm ourselves down. We went to the bakery section we were instructed by Andrew to look for the manager and the manager was nowhere to be seen. Returned to him trying to explain that his manager is not there , to our shock he started screaming at us and poited fingers at me telling me to shut up.

I tried ignoring him but he went straight to the manager and started pointing fingers again telling his manager Mr Zacharia that he cannot speak to "this guy".

I need help with this stincking service.

Already we had to drive for approximately 20KM for the store and Checkers 60/60 mess.

The same Andrew Miller shoulder bumped my 19 year old for no reason and nothing was done by his abbusive and arrogant treatment.

Please help
