Utterly useless service, waste of time, UNRELIABLE

Disgusting service from Checkers Sixty60. I placed two orders this morning, at 9am, to be delivered between 11 and 12. Some of these items were for a family in need, who were coming to collect from me, and so the order was quite urgent.

12 comes and goes, they have not started shopping at all yet. Eventually they start shopping, and I am told that the shopping is done. But no movement happens. At 12:30 I get a Whatsapp that they are running 90 mins late, yeah no ****. At this point the woman arrives to collect her things, which have not arrived! 13:30 comes and goes, and nothing! Then at 13:50, almost TWO HOURS late, one of my orders is just randomly CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING! After the shopping is done and I have been charged! How does this make any sense? I phone customer care, and they don't care at all, they just say it is a technical issue, they don't offer anything to make it right.

My other order eventually arrived at 14:35, TWO AND A HALF HOURS late. No apology, no recompense, nothing. The woman had to wait at my house for 2 and a half hours to get her groceries, thanks Checkers.

I had to put in my other order again, it was due to arrive at 14:40, half an hour ago, have they started shopping yet? NOPE. Unreliable, useless, waste of time.
