UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! THE AUDACITY!

I am writing this with utter disappointment. I had made an order of the Royal Leerdam wine glasses and alternatively I selected the Royal Leerdam champagne flutes on the Checkers 60 app. However, someone decided to go with their heart and packed the WRONG glasses (Maison Forine). I DO NOT WANT THESE GLASSES, THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!

I then phoned the line provided on the app and all I got from that was a mere "SORRY". I'm bring told that the glasses are OUT OF STOCK. I am very disappointed and very disgusted that someone has the audacity to make poor decisions like this. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and *********** to say the least. I have never felt so disrespected and unhappy in my entire life.

The consultant tells me that I have to return the glasses to the store, what was the purpose of me ordering on the app when I could've just went to the store???? I explained that with my line of work, I hardly get time to go to stores hence I ordered online. This is some serious BS, Checkers better send someone to take these things they've sent me and bring me the correct ones. FIND A SOLUTION BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT MY MISTAKE. I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH DISRESPECT AND DEFINITELY AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT LIGHTLY.
