UTTERLY BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CHECKERS BAKERY

This morning I went to checkers and received the most pathetic service at the bakery They damaged my cake I bought and when taken it up with the manager they improved that I the paying customer is the wrong party. The lady working at the bakery give me numerous times the wrong product I required By the time I get the right product then the price was not right The only excuse I received for this is that the girl assist me was new. Why was there nobody guiding or helping her when she struggled to get my order right But instead of asking for help or someone assits the new girl they are laughing joking and make their weekend plans This is not the first incident at this store regarding the bakery There is a very long waiting period at the counter because everyone working there is laughing making jokes and the customers must wait Some staff working in the bakery don't wear the prescribed workwear regarding mopcaps beardcaps or even gloves although their nails are very dirty and black under When I return at a previous incident dough that wat containing hair and black pieces dirt or whatever it was the manager advice me not to speak so loud that everyone instore could hear about it and also telling me to keep it down Why dont any paying customer have the right to complain Why keep it shut
