Usually a good experience but after sales poor.

Usually a good experience with Checker Sixty60 - especially in KZN. Had one really rude delivery man recently in Jhb but usually the guys are friendly and polite. One complaint - Checkers don’t respond when I submit an issue - I’ve had a few food items that were off and requested a credit and never got a response. After sales service should improve please.
