useless staff n manager

I just visited ur pineslopes branch of checkers. ur money market till had2 operators with a queue of5 people. it took me forever just to collect tickets. then ur tills were full with 3 people each. ur manager (white male) was hunched over the kiosk till on his phone.the kiosk was unmanned. one till opened (lettah)yet she ****** stood there with her arms crossed instead of calling a customer. ur manager was also so preoccupied with his damn phone to conduct the crowd flow. buck up. ur store has frustrated the **** outv me this morning. 30mins2 buy2 things!!!!
