Useless service at tills

At Checkers Bonaero Park, I stood 15 minutes in a queue when they tried to sort out a special they didn't load. The teller didn't tell us go somewhere else so long. Nothing. The line just became longer and longer. Eventually we left to another, as everyone is running to sort out but nothing comes to a point. When I eventually reached the front of the 2nd line, the printer didn't work. The teller didn't call anyone, just struggled. I told her just scan, no slip is needed, she said no it doesn't want to work. She didn't call anyone. The are useless and not training their staff correctly. After 20 minutes in a line, and a long work day, I left everything and told the manager to get better service.
