Useless Manger

i was out shopping yesterday with my 10 year old daughter and we decided to stop at checkers to get a few things, the ques for the cashiers were down the isles and the customers were literally fighting with each other as the manger on duty was useless he was going up and down telling the cashiers to cash up, and when i confronted him about people fighting with each other he turned around and told me they are big people who can deal with there one problems and carried on ignoring the rest of the customers who had been standing for at least 30 minutes. i eventually put my groceries down and left. I would just like to say when Checkers head office hires people who clearly couldn't do their job or be bothered with the public don't ask questions why people wont go to your store, i will never step font in that shop again
