Useless app, never on time

Terrible app, 4th time being inconvenienced like this, they just never deliver within an hour. I placed an order to be delivered at my other address. Eta was 7pm last night. Order wasn’t delivered and I’ve since moved back into my original address. No option to cancel an unshopped order and no one to contact. I’m waiting for them to cancel my order and delete their stupid app.
