Useless

Had massive problems with staff attitude at Checkers Zeerust In the last few months. Numerous interactions with mnacvanagers thtdtat would be better suited to Shoprite to be honest. But today takes the cake, barista in a power trip refuses to serve me as she says I need to walk to the cash register. This is an empty coffee shop and I am a regular, I was there yesterday and am there 3times a week(at least). New woman, and best suited to a bank line security guard position. I always pay and collect at the pick up point thank you whatever your name was. Seems the management and owner are ******** of my repeated complaints in person and online. I even got reprimanded for making my own coffee in severladljal occasions by the GM that seems to only show his face when I have commuted a crime in his eyes. My friend close that coffee shop because neither you or your staff have any idea about customer service or even being at your post. If I wait 30mins I will help myself, if only to get your lazy ass out of your office mf!
