Use the Sixty60 app at own risk

It has been almost two weeks of calling Checkers and waiting to be assisted with reversing the pre-authorisation hold on my bank account. Could it be rocket science? How hard can it be to issue a reversal letter? Greatly disappointed in Checkers about my experience in this regard.
