URGENT COMPLAINT: Dangerous/Inedible Skilpadjies purchased at Mushroom Farm, Waterfall Midrand

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust regarding a purchase I made at your Mushroom Farm branch in Waterfall Midrand.

I bought a batch of skilpadjies, and upon opening them, we were hit with an overwhelmingly strong, unpleasant smell that was immediately recognizable as spoilage. The smell was so pungent and foul that it physically caused my cousin to vomit instantly.

This is completely unacceptable. Selling meat products in this state is not just a failure of quality control; it is a serious health hazard. It is deeply disturbing to think that your store is allowing putrid food to sit on the shelves.

I expect a full refund and a proper explanation as to how food in this condition was sold to a customer. I will not be shopping at Checkers again until I am assured that the quality of fresh foods is taken seriously.
