Extremely Disappointed with Checkers Newcastle - Urgent Attention Needed from Head Office.

I am writing to express my utter dismay and disappointment with the consistent poor customer service and product availability at both Checkers Grocery stores in Newcastle, KZN. As a loyal customer, I expect the high standards associated with the Checkers brand, but sadly, these stores fall woefully short.

The perpetual stock shortages of essential items are unacceptable: - Lancewood Cinnamon Bun Flavoured Yoghurt is never fully stocked - Lucozade Original 1lt is forever out of stock - Sir Juice Pineapple Flavour is not even stocked - G****fruits are consistently in poor condition and spoil within 5 days, even when refrigerated - "Cheese buns" are subpar and hardly distinguishable from regular buns - Bakers Gossip Wafers and Chelsea Wafers are perpetually out of stock

I implore the Checkers Head Office and CEO to investigate the management of these stores and address the following concerns:

1. Poor product availability and maintenance of stock levels. 2. Substandard quality of fresh produce. 3. Inconsistent supply of popular items.

The Checkers brand is synonymous with quality and excellence, but these Newcastle stores are tarnishing this reputation. I urge Head Office to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that these stores meet the standards expected from the Checkers name.
