Unwilling to assist, but what's new checkers!!

<p>I bought all my groceries and airtime at Checkers Heiderand Mossel Bay. Instead of Telkom mobile I was given landline airtime with which I can do nothing. Now 8ta was removed from their tills, and their cashier is not well trained to adapt to change. It is just Telkom and Telkom mobile on their tills. If I was asked Telkom or Telkom mobile I could have told the cashier.... But once again the lack of service is poor. No wonder the customer satisfaction service shows checkers and shoprite is going now where slowing. Last time you will see me.</p>
