Untrained staff

Please explain the logic to me behind implementing a new system nobody has a freaking clue how it works. I just spend well over an hour in Harvest Place Liquor Store, Kempton Park trying to redeem a coupon. People running around, phoning for help, rading manuals and still I walked out with empty hands becaise your staff is uneducated.

Please explain this to me because you look pretty effing stupid at the moment.
