Untrained staff.

What a terrible experience... Your staff has attitude, the undermine customers and most importantly they lack customer service.

The one even had the nerve to tell me she doesn't know English...

They don't understand their promotions, they told me not to blame them and to blame their promoters and advertisers...

We lost out on a Great deal because of untrained, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
