Untidy unfriendly store assistant

Am a loyal Customer at this shop because I always buy my most needed things there

My complain is the is one lady I think she is pregnant working in the food section i think its deli didn't catch her name

She is soo untidy 1 she scratches her head infront of the food that she has to serve 2 she is so unfriendly she once spoke to me so rudely 3 she doesn't give good service that her colleagues gives us even when serving food you ask yourself that are you really gonna pay full amount for the little you get e.g breakfast that they serve
