Unsave shop

My phone got ****** on the 25 th November at Lichtenburg store. My friend and I started looking and asked for help. Nobody wanted to help me and not even try to do something. I report them to their head office they phoned today and said they will informed the regional manager and sorry about it. Thats fine but I will never step foot in store again it is unsave their for people and they are rude.
