unsatisfied customer

i am very dissappointed in checkers langebaan at laguna mall. i ordered few things i needed to make launch for my family. waiting for the order that i know will take about an hour. close the delivery time i go stand at the door waiting for the driver just to get a notification saying i received my order.

i go outside and check but i dont see any scooter or driver. i contacted checkers to hear what the story was and why i still dont have my order. the lady tells me she needs to speak to the driver then she will get back to me. she calls back about 20mins later to tell i have to call the 60seconds call centre to get my order. at this stage im fuming because my family is still not having launch.

the driver calls to tell me he did deliver the parcel and my kids received it who by the way was never outside. i asked him how does he begin to give the package to kids and it is the parents paying for it. he doesnt even know if the kids stays at the delivery address.

call centre calls back to tell me the same story the driver did and all they can say is we will give back your money we are sorry. i dont want to hear this i want my order so i can cook for my family.my family still dont have launch at this point. i am very angry, fummimg. not happy with checkers at all. its like its my own fault that my order was delivered wrongly.
