Unsatisfactory Service and Unprofessional Attitude

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the terrible service I received during my recent visit and experience with Checkers Ballito Junction mall. On the 16th February 2025, I encountered extremely poor service that was made worse by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff involved namely Ms Sindokuhle Cele whom is employed by checkers as a stock administrator, I found a special offer advertised on the checkers website for the platinum brand 1.7L glass kettle which was priced at R399.99 with a R150 saving or discount if purchased with the checkers Xtra savings card, but when I visited the checkers ballito junction mall store I was told that the special was not available and was not advertised in-store and was given a sales leaflet by the Isle assistant , I showed the Isle Assistant namely Lindo the online promotion, but he informed me that the offer despite it being clearly listed on the checkers website was not available this caused a lot of confusion and frustration as I was dealing with someone whom was unprofessional and Oblivious which led to me requesting to speak to the store Manger, I was dismissed by Lindo and upon his return was approached by the "acclaimed store manager as she put it " Ms Sindokuhle Cele whom is not the store manager but a stock administrator

My interaction with Ms Sindokuhle Cele was met with dismissiveness and a lack of respect.this staff showed no interest in resolving my query and was outright rude and arrogant in so saying She provided false information " claiming that there was another store named checkers ballito junction mmall in the Eastern cape despite me showing her the store location on the website together with the product advertised as well as the product I.D " no attempt to check on the system was made but rather she raised her voice , rolled her eyes at me and dismissed herself whilst I was still speaking to her.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and this experience was far below the standard I should have received.

I hope you take this complaint seriously and look into the matter. I would appreciate a response addressing the issue and outlining what actions will be taken to improve the service and professionalism of the staff members of checkers ballito junction mall.
