Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I arrived to do some quick shopping before rushing to pick up my son from school.<br> Did all the shopping and went to the till...it wasnt very busy, the cashier scanned all my stuff and i asked for 2 packs of smokes as well, then he scanned something that demanded the manager or supervisor's attention at the till... I stood waiting for 10 Minutes or more (all while packing my own things in bags that I had to ask for twice) All this while 7 of the employees of Checkers stood watching me...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...<br> When I complained to the manager, he just gave me a nod of his head...and whispered something I could not even hear or understand....NO APOLOGY from him and also no finding out from me what exactly happened.... This is what I call POOR service...
