Unreliable Checkers Sixty60!!!

I am very disappointed in the sixty60 service. I placed an order today and received none of my items, when I called to query I was told my order was packed wrong yet all items were ticked off on the app. I then had to fix the issue myself by reversing all the items. These were items bought for guests and this is absolutely unacceptable. Not all items were credited so I’m still missing money from this order. Instead of being in a rush to deliver in time, Checkers needs to learn to focus more on the actual order and getting it right!!!!
