Unreleased reserve payment

2 stars becuase the service from a order and delivery point is excellent. But......when it comes to payment and getting the reserve payments released I they do not deserve any stars. Contacting the helpdesk is a very frustrating experience as it has to go via them due to the banks requiring and instruction from them to release the payment.
