Unprotected behavior

I was at your Castle Gate store this morning at about 09:30. I asked the lady at your bakery department to assist by giving me some hotdogs rolls. Whilst waiting for my order, the manager (lady with pink star on her clear mask) went off at some men who had ordered rolls and had been chatting to the lady at the bakery. I understand they were probably checkers employees too because the manager was shouting at them like a bunch of school children. This unprofessional reprimand was in front of all the clients and made everyone very uncomfortable.

Not the way to handle the situation at all. Seemed as if the manager was trying to show her power as she shouted and the men and her staff.
