Unprofessionalism of Cashier

I was at the Vanderbijlpark Checkers in town where i stood in the row and waited to be assisted. The gentleman in front of me told me that there was a problem with the cusomer infront of him but he does not know what as the cashier did not communicate to him. After standing there for 20 minutes waiting the gentleman infront of me said I can pay first as I only had 2 puff pastries to pay. Still we were waiting to be assisted as the cashier just disappeared without any communication to us. After i then decided to leave the money for the pastries on the counter and leave another cashier stopped me to assist me. This is totally unacceptable. I dont even know what that cashiers name is who was supposed to be at the till. There was about 5 customers behind me who was also waiting to be assisted and as I stated the cashier did not even have the decincy to apologise. I see the slip states it was Minnie that was the cashier that just disappeared. I go to the store as it is the nearest one to me but there is just no respect from any of the cashiers. They would rather just chat to one onother in stead of greating you as the customer standing infont of this. This store will not see myself or my family again
