Unprofessional treatment by managers

I visited the Fourways Checkers hyper to return an item. I was poorly and unprofessionally treated by the front managers namely Ian(Loss Control Manager) and Pria. I unfortunately did not have my receipt with me so I asked them nicely to please help me with a print out as I am aware that one of the benefits of using X-tra Savings card is that the store can always retrieve the receipts. Pria(if I have the name correct) took my x-tra saving card and without even asking me for the details of the receipts, went into an office and came back 2 minutes later to tell me she can't find the receipts ans Ian advocated for her that they are not able to help me. I had to find other ways to get help
