Unprofessional staff

I always do my monthly grocery shopping at Checkers Blue Route Mall and find that the staff there is getting worse every month. The staff doesn't seem to be getting enough training. Cashiers and packers have their own personal chats. The last time i was there the Packer packed my Doom with my food and didnt put it in that clear plastic packet. She put my sugar with freezer foods, my bread and tomatoes at the bottom of the packets.

I work hard and spend allot of money at that store and the staff just disrespects the stuff you just bought. Worse of all is that Management just doesnt seem to notice or they just dont care. Checkers isnt much cheaper than Woolworths and the staff at Woolworths is so well trained and professional. I will definitely be shopping from there from now on.

Please give your staff proper training so that they can give your customers better service.
