Unprofessional service Jordan Nel Shoprite

Hi, Shoprite, On February 24, 2025, I filed a complaint regarding Jordan Nel, one of your employees whom was supposed to assist me with my initial complaint and he made things much worse, he acted in an unprofessional manner. I followed up on March 14, 2025. When Dean Olwage responded, I expressed my displeasure and asked for a formal apology; unfortunately, my complaint was ignored once more. Is there someone at Shoprite who could help me before I vent on social media about the disrespectful service, and advise everyone I know about the shocking service I received from your group?
