Unprofessional Manager and Poor Service at Checkers Centurion Mall

Checkers Centurion Mall I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. The queues are always long, and today was no exception. When I raised my concern with the store manager, Charity, she was completely unprofessional — she laughed, said it wasn’t her problem, and walked away while I was still speaking. That level of disrespect toward customers is unacceptable. Checkers really needs to address both their poor queue management and the attitude of their management team at this store.
