Unprofessional

I placed an order via this 60 app yesterday which was not the first I place the order. I then didn’t receive any feedback regarding the driver when I checked my later on I found out that the driver me a watsapp which was a first for me we use to receive calls not watsapp, my order got cancelled I then called your helpline which promised me that the amount will be reversed into my account in 10 minutes I kept checking nothing reflected, called again today 10 June 2022 I was told the money was deposited into my profile. How i don’t know I have ordered the goods somewhere else so I’m now forced to buy from you again. Can someone reverse my payment into my back account I will never use this app again.
