Good day Unprofessional customer service: Black on Black customer service

I have never been so disappointed with a way a manger handles black customers in the store. It was not the limit stock but how Tsepo Khumalo handled the matter. To put the cherry on the top he went to his staff and spoke badly about me saying in Zulu: "Who does she think she is". Which tells me this is not the first time this has happened. He is unprofessional as a manger and needs to go back to learn professional customer service. Pathetic service I have received, called black on black customer service. I told him that I will report him and he said I could go ahead and did not care. I asked him if I could make to seperate payments and he said No I will not allow you. I asked him if I could go out of the store then come back and he said no he would not allow me. I asked him where does it say that I could not do that and he said he would stop me. His demina said it all. I am hoping you can contact me ***. I am highly dissapointed. What a huge put off!!!
