Unprofessional customer service agent

Good afternoon

Yesterday , 14th October I purchased a few items at Checkers Parow Centre. As I walk out of the store checking my till slip I see one of the items priced more than what it showed.

I went to customer service where Sharon Gideon assisted me. This lady is extremely rude and wild mannered. She just got no professionalism in her and this is not my first complaint regarding Sharon's behaviour. The first were a while back where I addressed the complaint via the Checkers app but no one ever came back to me.

Sharon really needs training on how to behave around customers, how to speak and listen when spoken too because her colleague who went to go check the price explained to her that the price on the shelf is less than what it scanned but she just didn't understand even when I explained the same thing to her. If she would just lose the attitude she might just go far in life.
