Unprofessional conduct from the staff

Went to Checkers wonderpark mall earlier today and the cashier was Matshelo with Cashier no:0331.we wanted some stuff that was on special but out of stock. So from what I understand she has to write a slip or note so we can come buy when stock is available. They way she conducted herself was unprofessional and disgusting. She was unwilling to listen and write us the slip and kept shouting at my wife the whole time.
