Unprofessional Cashier

<p>Yesterday afternoon around 12:30 i queued at till number 7 to pay for my items. When i got there the cashier told me to put my itmes on another cashiers till (number 6). I asked why as i was already there and wanted to pay and leave. She then said "I just want to make a point to her" i then asked her how any of that was my business? She still insisted that i put my items on the other till, this went on for about two minutes or so. Highly irritated i then went to the next till to pay for my items. Whilst paying, i asked her for her name, that's when she took off her name tag and put it away. After paying i went again to ask her for her name, she gave me attitude and was rude saying that i should leave her name tag alone, i dare not touch it. I then asked the lady who i went to to pay for my items and asked for the lady's name. The lady who refused to scan my items for no valid reason told the other lady not to tell me her name, i must get her name from herself.</p> <p>How can i get the name from herself when she took off her name tag and refused to tell me her name. The lady who assisted me gave me her name and surname, i then took off.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service i received from till number 7 was really pathetic and in all that this lady had the audacity to give me an attitude and not apologise or explain why i had to put my items on the other till. The fact that she wants to point out or prove something to her colleagues is really none of my business. She needs to go for some training for customer service or be taken off the till where she doesn't need to deal with customers.</p>
