Unprofessional Behavior

Today about 15:00 I went to Checkers Parkview Mall.Moreleta Park. I was assisted by Sales Manager John Zenu who look at my slip and asked me where did I bought the Blender I told him someone bought for me in KZN. Then John Zenu started telling me the company politics that they don't do refunds on goods from other province because they don't sell goods at the same value, And he further verbalize that Checkers hyper give their customers problems when they go and change goods from them. I then said to him what his tell me I think it the company politics they nothing to do with me as the customer or that I want is my refund because I don't need the Blender anymore and it has not been used at all. Mr Zenu then said to me I will have a problem one day because they won't exchange for me. I than said I will cross that bridge when I get there. After I was finished to buy my grocery Mr Zenu and his colleagues they we're talking about me regarding the return of goods. I then asked the cashier to call Mr Zenu so that I can enquiry from him of there any thing wrong that I have done. Mr Zenu ignored me and assisted another customer then he went away. I asked one of the staff member to call him and then Mr Zenu came I enquired from him if it wrong of me to return goods that were bought in KZN Checkers to PTA Checkers because his behavior made me feel uncomfortable when he was talking to his colleagues.Mr Zenu as sales manager was really unprofessional towards me infront of his staff and customers. When I go got home one of the Bliss yogurt I have bought there expired yesterday but it was still in their fridges and Rainbow original viennas 1KG it expiring on Thursday. I will never ever buy my grocery at Checkers Parkview Mall. They are unprofessional and selling expired food yet they supplying community from up market area PTA East.
