Unprofessional and ***********

Yesterday after doing my shopping I went to the money market section to have my simcards RICA-ed.

The woman (without a name-tag) that assisted me said that the simcards had all been RICA-ed.

I assumed that she was telling the truth and went home.

Now I try the simcards in my phone and I get SIM not provisioned:2

Can't your staff do anything right ?

Not impressed at all.
