Unprofesional manager

Never have I ever been this discusted by the unprofesional behaviour from a store manager as I am today.I went shopping a checkers Rivonia village,as I payed I realised I was being overcharged for coffee beans.It was avertised at R179.99,but nowhere was it stipulated that the decafinated beans were excluded from the promotion.I asked to speak to the manager,Motlalepula Phakoe assisted me.We went to the shelf where I asked him repeatedly to show me where it was stated that the decafinated beans were excluded and he could not.Stil he refused to honour the promotion,I touched his arm to ask him to ask him if we could return to the till point as I saw I was not making any headway.It was as if the devil himself posessed him at that point,he started shouting at me not to push him and then repeatedly shouted at me not to touch him.This carried on untill he felt he embarassed me enough,eventally I had to ask for a refund as I was not getting any satisfaction. I can not believe checkers apointed this person in a managerial position as he is definitely not manager material. I am very disapointed at checkers for not honouring their promotions.
