Unpleasant shopping at Checkers

I can never shop in peace when i go to any checkers for that matter. The people collecting groceries to meet the 60minute deadline for delivery, are rude and abrupt. They have no consideration for people shopping. You get knocked with the trolley and pushed because they have a time frame. Unfortunately I have to go to Pick and Pay, simply because of this. I know many that experience this at checkers but simply don't have the capacity to complain about it. Really checkers, maybe this will get taken seriously when someone is hurt and that's not even an exaggeration.
