Unpleasant experience

I went to Checkers hyper N1 city on 6 April(public holiday). On the door it displayed closing time 5pm. My family and I went in at about 2:30pm.<br> We got all our groceries and when we went to pay. We noticed confusion by the customers. There were hardly cashiers left and they were just closing their tills and cashing up. Because according to them it was 3pm and thats closing time. <br> Even though the clients were in the queue.<br> The supervisors that were standing behind the cashiers did nothing. Only when a client went to complain about what was happening , so a few cashiers re opened their tills. The worst part was the cashiers were so upset that they had to help us. They were moaning saying that we had whole day to shop why come now to shop. Also saying that we can climb into our cars and go home where as they must use public transport. <br> We told them we had no idea the shop is closing at 3pm and there was no announcement on the p.a system informing us the store is now closing. They continued with their negative attitude trying to make us feel guilty, that it's our fault. We were totally disgusted and angry at their behaviour. N1 city Checkers you just lost us as your valued customers.
