Unpleasant and Disheartening Treatment

I visited Checkers in Emmarentia yesterday, and I was served by Lizbeth Jantjie according to my receipt. I went to the kiosk to pay for my goods there and was asked if I needed a plastic bag. While standing there after she put the plastic on top of my goods. She asked me what I was standing there for, my response was I thought you would pack for me. She then raised her voice to say if I wanted my goods to be packed, I should have used the other tills. Mean while the man on the till next to hers had his goods packed, when I asked why are his things being packed and not mine? She says that's cause he asked, Ms Lizbeth ended up packing my stuff after I asked her but her attitude towards me as a customer was very unpleasant and disheartening. Before I left stood outside the store to wait for my colleague, to my surprise not a single person that came after me packed for themselves. She packed for them.
