Uninformed employes

Yesterday 28January I went to my local checkers. I saw on the shelf a special was advertised with 3 vella shampoo products for R99. However on the shelf was none of the advertised products. I called a lady closer, who said she will call someone else as she doesnt know of the special. After the third person a lady came to tell me that the special is only available at checkers hyper. I told her that is is incorrect and not as advertised. Eventually someone managed to get me the products from the back. However at the till I was billed the normal priced. After telling checkers staff again about the special, they had to call a manager again. I eventually left my whole basket and left, just to be asked by the teller if Im happy know! It seems if the checkers employees doesnt know about a special it doesnt exsist.
