Unhelpful team at Checkers Cresta

I got the LED Lumaglo brand at Meadowdale and it was the pin make yet I needed the *****. My local Checkers is in Cresta, they can't assist in exchanging the product since it doesn't scan in their own system.

I then asked if I could then buy what I'd use which is the *****ing type. They still didn't have it on their shelves.

Now I have no choice but drive to Meadowdale to buy this product since I purchased it from them. What a waste of time a whole big shop with no *****ing bulbs Oh well I ended up going to PnP.
