Unhappy with Treatment by the staff of Checkers BrackenGate

I received some vouchers from my employers for the Covid-19 relief program, these vouchers allow me to purchase at Checkers. I went to Checkers Bracken Gate when i got there i was helped by a lady by the name of Norah who by the looks of things was judging me of the way i was dressed because she informed me that she can help me because i had the voucher number written on a piece of paper and also i did inform her that last month i had used the same vouchers at a checkers in Alberton. She was not willing to assist at all i even spoke to one of the managers by the name of Liam Dorton he also looked at me like he was already judging me because i had torn jeans on and it seemed as if i stole the vouchers, non the less i also told he that i was helped by another Checkers but he also was not interested in assisting me, he called i think its one of the manager to confirm with him if they accept these vouchers so he was speaking in Afrikaans not knowing i understand Afrikaans and fluent in it he explained to his manager about the vouchers but how he was explaining was to give a picture that these vouchers are ******, as he said and i quote "die mannetjie het met vouchers gekom wat oop n klein bly geskryf" which was not the correct way of explaining the situation, after the call i asked what proof must i bring with me as the vouchers were sent to me via email and since im working from home i'm unable to print them, all her said was he cannot help me so i must leave. This was so embarrassing to me as I had shopping at a tilpoint and my daughter was with me who was really starving at the time, but i was unimpressed with how i was treated and how can i ***** vouchers to buy food because we all know you cannot cash them so i think this was really poor service as i work with clients too and i know how a client should be treated and this day was bad as i was treated like a ******** and i had to go home with nothing which was a waste of my petrol and time.
