UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

on the 16.11.2019 i walked into Checkers at 09:18 am when i purchased a jumbo bag of pampers the cashier Deidre Clarke who helped didn't bother to tell me that the system that scans the bar code strip that was attached to the diapers at the bottom of the bag was not working. She let me walk out the store only to come to the door with sensors going off people looking at me like im ***** who stole the nappies and the security coming to me asking me proof that i paid for the item. Deidre has caused much me much embarrassment, when i went back to her explained what happened when i walked out the shop all she said was that bar code scanner at her till point does not work, but she didn't even bother to remove by herself or make me aware of what could happen. When i asked for the manager who was a Perishables Manager named Yaseem Bazler he just apologised and wanted to sort out the security and not the cashier who didn't bother to make me aware of this thing that was not working, when i told him that sort out the till system and close the till he couldn't even be bothered. For Checkers being such a popular place to shop at they have pathetic people working for them again utter disgust service from Checkers Westgate Mall.
