Unhappy customer ‼️

So, I have been using this app for quiet some time now. Today I decided to put in an order, surprisingly enough they didn't take long to deliver. The driver gets here, hands me the packages and I quickly tell him I have just had an operation, can he KINDLY take the stuff in the house. He agrees, reluctantly so.... Give him a tip nyana, He leaves even before I can check the contents😔😔😔I open up the bags and I see items that I didn't even order. Not having his number, I quickly call the customer care number, I get told to reverse all the items that I didn't get and wait for 3 days for a refund, I also get told to keep the items that were wrongly delivered to me... Like what🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️????
