Unhappy customer

I’m so disappointed and not happy about how Checkers handled my complaint. So, I complained about a me buying a fish that was uncooked and very raw… someone called me and told them what happened and promised me a voucher but, up until now I haven’t received anything, my worry is not about the voucher but, I raised a concern and they didn’t leave up it so to me it means they don’t take their customers seriously and I’m afraid I was not happy about the fish cause to me it’s a waste, I had to throw that fish away!
