Unhappy customer

This morning i bought chips, fried fish and fat cakes... I was then told that there is no spice . When i asked why there is no spice the lady that was helping said she doesnt know. I then looked for store manager Lucky who was on his phone the whole time to please ask the staff to get spice. 10 minutes later i asked the manager why he is so distant while i complained to him n m still waiting.. Yoo that manager was so rude and told me he doesn't even manage that side and i must not tell him to stop with his phone to attend me.
